Drobo NAS Recovery

Attingo recontructs data from your defective Drobo NAS BeyondRAID™ array. Thanks to ongoing research and development we were able to develop special methods for reconstructing proprietary BeyondRAIDs an retrieve seemingly lost data from Drobo NAS systems, independent of the access type (USB, Ethernet or Thunderbolt).

Drobo systems are threatened by the same physical dangers as any other RAID system:

• Fall, concussion

• Physical damage on the built-in hard drives

• Electronical defect of the case

• Overheating

• Blackout

• Fire damage

Damage limitation with Drobo systems

• Disconnect the Drobo NAS or DAS from the power supply and don't perform a reboot to prevent consequential damage.

• If you have a backup, don't save it on the original hard drives in the Drobo and use new ones instead. This way the possibility of a data rescue from the original hard drives remains if the backup is incomplete.

• Avoid new installations and don't save any more files on the Drobo NAS.

• Take the hard drives out of the Drobo NAS/DAS and label them with ther slot position.

• Tell us the model name of your Drobo, the capacity of the hard drives and the configuration of the Drobo system.
