How do I get my recovered data back?

The result of the data recovery is offered on an external USB data carrier (external hard drive), which is included in our offer.

Depending on the amount of data, the recovered data can also be delivered on a USB stick or via FTP download.

As a further alternative, you as a customer can provide your own data carrier. Please note that the data carrier should be OVP. If the data carrier provided contains data, you must agree to the formatting and thus the deletion of this data.
